There never has been a better time for a book like The Next American Revolution: How to Demand Congressional Reform NOW. Resembling a scene in some vintage silent comedy, the United States Congress is like an out-of-control locomotive. It hurtles the country along at a terrifying and ever-increasing speed. Like the Keystone Cops, the two engineers operating the train do nothing but wrestle over who gets to operate the controls. In fact, there is strong evidence that the “2/3 of the states” requirement has already been met and that Congress is violating the Constitution by not calling for a convention.
